"My Visit to Leighton’s in Reading for Earwax Removal"
I visited Leighton’s in Reading for some long-overdue earwax removal. The staff were super friendly and very professional. Since it had been a while, it took quite a bit of effort to clear out the wax, which I truly appreciated. I walked out hearing much better and plan to return sooner next time. All in all, I highly recommend this place!

"My First Experience at Leighton"
This was my first visit to Leighton for ear wax removal in Thatcham. I got there about 5 minutes early and was seen right on schedule. Sheena did an awesome job from beginning to end, keeping me informed throughout the whole process and addressing all my questions. I'm super pleased to say I can hear again!

"Friendly and knowledgeable team"
The team here is really friendly and knowledgeable. Suzanne was the one who helped me out and provided amazing service. She was super patient while I tried on a bunch of different sunglasses, and there was no rush to make a purchase right away. But I ended up going back in right after and snagged a pair of shades.

"A Great Experience for My Mom"
I took my elderly mother here (I’m a customer too) and the service was top-notch from beginning to end. The optician was super efficient and made sure to explain everything to both me and my mum. The receptionist was so kind and treated my mom with a lot of respect; we even admired her lovely Valentine’s nails. I’d definitely give this a 5-star recommendation!

"Overpriced Glasses with Poor Service"
I bought a pricey pair of glasses from Leightons, and they ended up breaking. I returned to the store to see if they could fix them, and they said yes, charging me £48, which I thought was fair. But just a few months later, they broke again in the same spot as before. When I brought them back, the manager claimed they had been sat on, but I assured them that wasn’t true. If that were the case, I would’ve owned up and paid for another fix. Overall, really bad service and dishonest practices—won't be going back.
